What is Hire-A-Bull?
Employers want college graduates to come to work with a core set of competencies that may be taught or expected in the classroom. However, student workers don't always have the opportunity to practice these skills to prepare them for the workplace. In addition, the student employees often have sparse resumes that don't reflect the competencies they possess. The Hire-a-Bull program is designed to provide meaningful work experience for student workers throughout their college career that helps them to build more complex employability skills over time while also preparing them for job searches after graduation. The result should be USF graduates with competencies and impressive resumes that demonstrate the high-level abilities that they will bring to the job.
