MHLP Faculty Member Represented CBCS Internationally

Roger Peters, Ph.D., Professor in the Department of Mental Health Law and Policy provided presentations at two different conferences in Cancun, Mexico in December, 2017, including the 19th International Congress on Addictions, and the 3rd Annual Conference of the International Society of Substance Use Professionals (ISSUP).  He provided four presentations at the conferences, including including a plenary panel on "Building an International Community for Treatment and Prevention", and a presentation for U.S. Embassy personnel on the "International Consortium of Universities for Drug Demand Reduction (ICUDDR)". Cary Hopkins Eyles, M.A., CAP from the Department of Mental Health Law and Policy also attended both conferences.  Ms. Hopkins serves as Assistant Director of the Universal Treatment Curriculum (UTC) Coordinating Center for North American Universities at USF.
