Dr. Eva R. Kimonis Receives Fulbright Award

Eva Kimonis, Assistant Professor at the Florida Mental Health Institute at the University of South Florida, has been awarded a Fulbright Scholar grant to teach and conduct research at the University of Cyprus in Nicosia during the 2012-2013 academic year, according to the United States Department of State and the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board. Dr. Kimonis will work on improving the identification of Cypriot youth at risk for severe behavior problems and educate graduate students at the University of Cyprus and practitioners on implementing evidence-based practices for assessing and treating these youth.

Dr. Kimonis is one of approximately 1,100 U.S. faculty and professionals who will travel abroad through the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program in 2012-2013.
