CLC Hub Library: Resources for Eliminating Behavioral Health Disparities

The Department of Child & Family Studies (CFS) at the University of South Florida, in partnership with the Center for Community Learning, Inc. is the Cultural & Linguistic Competence (CLC) Hub of the Technical Assistance Network for Children's Behavioral Health (TA Network). The TA Network is funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)/Comprehensive Community Mental Health Services for Children and Their Families Program (CMHI). The CLC Hub is regularly reviewing and cataloging resources on a variety of topics. The resources are scored using criteria in four categories: access, availability, utilization and quality. They are then categorized to ease in navigation, such as:

  • Disparities
  • Evidence Based Practices
  • Families
  • Healthcare
  • Implementation Tools
  • Language and Communication
  • Mental Health and Trauma
  • National Organization Websites
  • Parental Mental Health and Child Welfare
  • Psychotropic Medication
  • Statistics
  • Systems of Care Collaborations
  • Diverse Populations
