The colloquium is open to community members, USF faculty, staff and students. The objectives of this colloquium are to:

  • Provide current research-based information regarding the intersections between individuals with mental health problems, the use of guns, and violent acts.
  • Offer participants the opportunity to engage with national experts on this topic.
  • Engage in a facilitated discussion regarding the implications of the colloquium for the TampaBay community and for USF.
