SAS Faculty Appointed Next Editor-in-Chief of HHCSQ

Hongdao Meng, MPH, PhD, was selected to be the next Editor-in-Chief of Home Health Care Services Quarterly (HHCSQ), published by Taylor & Francis, a major international publisher of books and academic journals. His appointment was based on demonstrated scholarly expertise and leadership in the field of home and community-based care. His responsibilities will include directing the publication of high-quality scholarly work, providing leadership regarding the journals' future direction, contributing content (i.e., articles, editorials), and promoting the reputation and academic success of the journal. Home Health Care Services Quarterly, published since 1979, is the first peer-reviewed journal dedicated to publishing high quality research that address key issues in home and community-based care. Edited by a highly respected team, HHCSQ is committed to the advancement of multidisciplinary research, practice, and policy in health care across the care continuum of acute, post-acute, and long-term care settings. Aimed towards health/social services providers, administrators, researchers, policymakers, and industry partners, the journal publishes cutting-edge research by leading scholars and practitioners on such topics related to innovations in service provision, care management, quality improvement, financing and delivery, as well as the evaluation of such innovations.
