Aging Studies Doctoral Student Honored by Tampa Bay GLBTA Community

Kevin Hansen, a doctoral student in the School of Aging Studies, was recently recognized for his contributions to the Tampa Gay, Lesbian, Bi-Sexual, Transgender, and Allies community through the GaYBOR District Coalition. The 38 under 35 list honors community leaders under the age of 35 who serve as the up-and-coming generation of LGBTA community leaders in the region. Hansen, who is a former state attorney from Minnesota, serves as the commissioner of the Suncoast Softball League in addition to working on his PhD.
