Supervisor Speaker Series 2017 - Harassment Prevention: Creating a respectful workplace
The 2017 Supervisor Speaker Series is a series of workshops designed to address the most pressing issues that our supervisors face on a daily basis. Supervisors and staff who provide support to HR functions may attend any or all of the workshops throughout the year to help develop skills as a supervisor.
In this seminar, Camille Blake will discuss harassment - what it is, the negative effects of harassment, ways we can prevent it (as employees and supervisors), USF policies that address consensual relationships, and how to file complaints. Everyone deserves to be treated in a professional manner, so if you're interested in creating a harassment-free workplace, this training is ideal for you.
